Job Summary

Join the Global Banking & Markets team as an Analyst within Global Loan Syndications (GLS) and Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) Coverage. Based in London, you will support high-profile debt financings, syndicated loans, and corporate transactions across Europe. This role offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers and market-leading transactions within a lean, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of syndicated loan transactions across primary and secondary markets.
  • Analyze market developments, pricing trends, and investor appetite to help drive transaction strategy and client solutions.
  • Build and maintain loan market databases, market intelligence, and league table analysis.
  • Support the agency business by managing lender websites, syndicate communications, and ongoing client servicing.
  • Work closely with senior bankers, product partners, and global teams on cross-border financing opportunities.
  • Partner with teams across Europe and North America to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Monitor economic, regulatory, and market developments impacting loan markets and the broader financing environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.
