Job Description

Client Marketing Support (70%)

• Support the preparation, formatting and refinement of pitch books, marketing collateral and management presentations in line with corporate branding and style guidelines.
• Ensure alignment, spacing and font consistency, and update charts, tables, and develop infographics or icons.
• Execute visual layouts based on provided instructions, templates and reference materials.
• Support project- or initiative-related presentation and visual materials on an execution basis, as required.

Intranet Support (20%)

• Upload and maintain approved content only on the intranet platform.
• Conduct routine content verification and housekeeping checks (e.g., accuracy, completeness, broken links).
• Raise change requests or issues to the technical team where applicable.

Other Creative Work Assigned (10%)

• Support projects or initiatives as they arise.

Additional Requirements

• Diploma in Communication & Design
• Diploma in Graphic Design
• English
