Capgemini UK's graduates and apprenticeships hub splits early-career entry into three distinct routes:
- Graduate programmes: the Empower Programme is Capgemini's main UK graduate scheme; the Accelerate Programme is the Capgemini Invent consulting graduate scheme, with named pathways covering Enterprise Data & Analytics, Workforce and Organisation, Public Sector, Energy Transition & Utilities, frog, Intelligent Industry, Business Technology, and Corporate Experience.
- [Apprenticeships](https://www.capgemini.com/gb-en/careers/career-paths/graduates-and-apprenticeships/apprenticeships/) across five named pathways: Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship, Digital User Experience (UX) Degree Apprenticeship, Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, Environmental Science Degree Apprenticeship, and a Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship. The Digital & Technology Solutions track runs approximately three years and includes an eleven-month bootcamp at Sheffield Hallam University.
- Work experience placements (industrial and summer placements), administered through a separate recruitment channel.
A candidate may apply for only one role per recruitment season, so the choice between Empower, Accelerate, and a placement is made up front rather than run in parallel. The graduate roles are structured as client consulting, and the firm states candidates need flexibility to travel away from home up to five days a week – weigh that mobility expectation against a fixed-location preference before applying.
