Figma's early career page says its internships are full-time, paid positions and that "Immigration sponsorship may be available for eligible roles"; it does not say which roles or countries qualify, and it gives no separate statement for full-time early-career positions.
The UK Home Office's register of licensed sponsors, in its 1 October 2026 edition, lists Figma UK Limited in London under both the Skilled Worker route and the Global Business Mobility Senior or Specialist Worker route, so its UK entity holds a sponsor licence. Sponsorship at Figma is therefore decided role by role rather than offered across the board, and a candidate who needs it should confirm eligibility with the recruiter before committing time to the assessment and interviews.
