Job Description

• Provide administrative support and data entry for processing account opening for the Sales Team.
• Support CASA KYC name screening and World Check, including Governance & Control.
• Perform AML and KRCSA checks.
• Provide sales reporting and tracking support in a timely manner.
• Check and update account and card status for Sales Team submission.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Wealth Banking

• Daily processing of account opening, servicing transactions, pre- and post-sales transactions, voice confirmation, and EWF maker role.
• Provide administrative support in KYC name screening and World Check, including Governance & Control, for the Sales Team.
• Non-sales servicing callback (e.g., returned mail, credit card overdue, contact center servicing requests for customers tagged to the common pool).
• Sales office housekeeping (e.g., ordering stationery, Iron Mountain archival maintenance).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in banking.
• Open to contract role.
