What You’ll Actually Do

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy. Maintain a “compliance-first” mindset and ensure security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
• The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to support convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: Identify client needs by actively listening to uncover personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: Greet customers and ensure no one feels like “just a number.” Balance the efficiency of a high-volume operation with a warm, community-focused approach.

Essential Functions (Included, but not limited to)

• Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader region.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (hours and days subject to change).
• Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments, with reasonable notice for permanent schedule changes in accordance with state and local laws.
• Attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time.
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation (Part-Time)

White Plains, NY: $51,542 - $54,600 for Branch Ambassador. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered at the time of hire will be reflected in the candidate’s offer letter.
