The PwC Assurance Apprenticeship Programme is a unique fast-track program offering mentoring, training, and networking opportunities with both formal and on-the-job training similar to our graduates. You will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and work with high-performing managers who are passionate about their work and talent development.

The programme is open for application by Year 2 undergraduate students. Participants are required to complete two full terms of employment (Jan–May 2027 and Jan–May 2028). Upon successful completion with satisfactory performance, the Apprentices’ career will be fast-tracked through a return as Year 2 Associates upon graduation.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Our Assurance Apprenticeship Programme provides Year 2 undergraduates with an opportunity to experience work and life at PwC.

Throughout the programme, you will be trained in the same way as our graduates. You will be exposed to a wide work scope and a pool of clients.

You are expected to make valuable contributions through:

• Working on different live projects to gain client and project exposure
• Receiving technical training to grow as an accounting professional
• Coaching and mentoring to get timely feedback from your “career coach” and “buddy”
• Networking with professionals to exchange information, knowledge, and experience
• Receiving a return offer for high performers to fast-track future career development

Requirements

We are looking for Year 2 undergraduates (expecting to graduate in 2029) from an accounting major or equivalent.

You should demonstrate:

We offer comprehensive business and technical training for your career development at PwC. Upon completion of the programme, high performers will receive an Associate year 2 return offer (a senior position than Associate year 1).
