Job Responsibilities

• Track and monitor the performance of campaigns (e.g., roadshows and giftings) to ensure smooth fulfilment and conduct due diligence for issues such as fraud.
• Analyse sales data to distil trends and insights that support informed business decisions.
• Support stakeholder communication by acting as a bridge between business partners and internal teams.
• Analyse feedback from sales governance to identify interrelationships and drive product and process enhancement efforts.
• Assist in the development of evaluation forms and addendums for bancassurance products to contribute to enhancements of product offerings.
• Facilitate seamless product integration and maintenance on new system platforms by ensuring accurate representation of products and fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and contribute to strategic planning processes.
• Assist in conducting comprehensive market analysis to enhance the competitive edge.
