Role Overview
Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Forensic & Financial Crime practice in Southeast Asia. The team protects brands and communities by advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other financial crime issues. You will support clients in addressing business disputes, regulatory concerns, or sensitive internal investigations involving fraud, corruption, and misconduct through digital forensic and eDiscovery technology and analytics.
Forensic Discovery professionals work closely with clients and legal counsel to collect, preserve, and analyze large volumes of unstructured data to support or refute facts and allegations in commercial investigations and complex litigation. The work leverages advanced digital investigative techniques and modern eDiscovery technology (including AI) to manage matters cost-effectively, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce risk.
As an intern, you will bring a rigorous, evidence-based analytical capability to help clients solve pressing and complex issues, delivering practical and actionable recommendations. You will also collaborate with clients to understand change drivers, identify opportunities, and develop solutions across the organization.
Work You’ll Do
- Assist with the identification, collection, and management of electronic data in support of engagements relating to eDiscovery, legal support, forensic investigations, and digital forensics.
- Assist in the investigation and analysis of data using forensic methodologies and standard tools, which may include forensic analysis of laptop and desktop computer systems, servers, email servers, mobile devices, and cloud repositories.
- Maintain detailed notes of work performed and findings to support the preparation of forensic reports.
- Perform routine maintenance of forensic hardware and software.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engagement managers to receive guidance on case investigations and project progress.

Eligibility
- Available to start the internship on 21 September 2026 and complete it by 11 December 2026.
- Graduates (Class of 2023–2026) with up to 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Graduates with strong academic performance in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
