Purpose of the Role
To participate in the day-to-day activities of the retail banking division, providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Execute small research projects to support strategic decision-making, including preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, and collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for retail banking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities; develop business cases; manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for retail banking.
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support under steadily decreasing supervision, including responding to questions about products and services, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints.
- Support the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that enable decision-making for retail banking.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues.

Eligibility and Location
- To be considered, you must be in your penultimate year of university and graduating in 2028.

- The location for this role is indicated in the job title, and you will be based at that location.
- If successful in receiving a return offer to the graduate programme, your location will be the same as during your internship.
