Job Responsibilities

Team Overview

The Finance Team ensures the company’s financial health by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting accurate reporting. It plays a key role in safeguarding resources, strengthening internal controls, and enabling informed business decisions.

What the Intern Can Learn

• Understanding of GST compliance requirements
• Finance Operations and Reporting
• Insight into financial year-end audit processes
• Practical experience working with internal finance systems and processes

Role Responsibilities

The intern will primarily support the Finance team members in the following:

• Day-to-day operations (e.g., invoice verification, compilation of purchase order information, staff claim processing)
• Financial year-end audits
• Finance initiatives/projects
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Undergraduate in Business/Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
