Overview

Finance & Accounting Intern (full-time), able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months. The Singapore Accounting Team supports finance and accounting activities across the APAC region. As an intern, you will work as part of a collaborative team alongside experienced finance professionals to gain practical exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, and business partnering within a global organization.

What You Will Do

• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting tasks.
• Maintain finance documentation and assist in ensuring compliance with record retention requirements.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and accounting classifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic financial analysis to support business and operational needs.
• Contribute to day-to-day finance operations and provide administrative support across various accounting processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc finance and accounting projects.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is required to support communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
