Designer

We’re looking for a Designer to join Treatwell’s in-house creative studio and contribute to the next chapter of our creative and brand design across Europe.

This hybrid role combines artwork and design. You’ll bring precision and care to production work while contributing to creative concepts, campaign rollouts and scalable design systems across 15 markets. You’ll have the opportunity to build, experiment and grow within a creative, collaborative and fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative concepts into beautifully crafted, production-ready assets that are clear, distinctive and unmistakably Treatwell.
• Design and adapt campaigns across paid social, organic content, CRM, web, app, print, out-of-home and other channels.
• Use generative AI and emerging design tools to support ideation, image-making, versioning, localisation, production and rapid prototyping, applying strong creative judgement and following brand, legal and ethical guidelines.
• Create variations, test new formats and respond to performance insights to understand what earns attention and drives action.
• Help develop Figma libraries, templates, toolkits and automated workflows that enable teams to produce high-quality creative efficiently across multiple markets.
• Apply Treatwell’s visual identity consistently while identifying opportunities to challenge expectations and explore more engaging solutions.
• Take ownership of file preparation, naming conventions, accessibility, alignment, export settings and production specifications.
• Work closely with designers, motion artists, copywriters and marketers, seeking feedback and contributing your own perspective.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen ideas, simplify processes and improve outputs, proactively sharing recommendations.

About You

• At least one year of experience in an artworker, production or junior design role, ideally within a fast-moving studio, in-house team or agency.
• Curiosity about generative AI, automation and emerging creative technology. Experience with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma, Fable or similar is an advantage, as is enthusiasm to learn.
• An understanding that speed and craft can coexist, with the ability to prototype quickly, share work early and improve it through feedback and testing.
• A sharp eye for design and detail, including layout, spacing, grids, typography and colour, supported by strong foundations and high standards.
• Experience across print, digital, CRM or paid media is beneficial, as is an interest in motion design.
• Comfort working across multiple formats and deadlines, with calm and clear communication.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and improve processes rather than simply follow them.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, attention to detail, technical skill and a strong understanding of layout. This may include campaign rollouts, resizes, digital assets and print-ready work; polished presentation decks are not required.
