2027 Finance Analyst Summer Internship Program New York

Purpose of the Role

To support the day-to-day operations of the finance division by providing insights and expertise that help more senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Perform daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends, and insights.
• Compile regular reports, scorecards, and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that enable decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues; facilitate individual or group training sessions; and develop and maintain training materials.
• Use data and data points in many forms (e.g., workforce, portfolios) to derive financials for key decision-making and to support strategic conversations with senior leaders.

Finance teams gather, manage, and interpret vital data. Finance (including Treasury) oversees financial control, reporting and forecasting, as well as product control. Teams monitor budgets and provide the business with accurate, high-quality financial and management information, using advanced technology and tools to transform data and models to drive business improvements. They also support and challenge the business through enhanced insights, analytics, and resources.

Eligibility

• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.

The location for this role is indicated in the job title, and you will be based at that location. If you receive a return offer to the graduate program, your location will be the same as during your internship.

Salary

Salary / Rate Minimum: $78,000

Salary / Rate Maximum: $78,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits.

Visa / Sponsorship Information
