Role Responsibilities

• Observe valuation processes and methodologies used by analysts and shadow them for the purpose of learning.
• Review reports used by analysts to understand valuation methods.
• Conduct basic research on market trends and company performance.
• Collect data from various sources to assist in valuation reports.
• Assist with data entry and organizing documents, including working papers.
• Attend team meetings and take notes for personal learning.
• Assist with simple calculations or analyses as directed by analysts.

Basic Qualifications

• B.A./B.S./B.B.A. candidate with majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Coursework in accounting and finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and financial and computer skills (Excel in particular).
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$75,000 - $85,000

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
