Crédit Agricole CIB Americas is seeking interns for its Global Investment Banking (GIB) office in New York. Interns will work on live transactions across M&A and Equity Capital Markets (ECM), taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside senior bankers and collaborating daily with sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America.

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination and execution of M&A and ECM transactions across all industry sectors
• Prepare pitch books covering valuation, financial analysis, equity alternatives, strategic transactions, and capital allocation
• Support analysts and associates in building financial models
• Conduct strategic analysis and industry research
• Build company profiles
• Draft memoranda, proposals, and other written materials

M&A

• Cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, restructurings, demergers, and LBOs

ECM

• IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, and share repurchases

Candidate Criteria

Requirements

• Minimum candidate must be eligible to work in the US
• Minimum candidate must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including F1, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Penultimate year of undergraduate studies; graduating December 2027 – May 2028

Preferred

• Prior experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking (M&A preferred)
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• English
