Team Overview
The Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging (REGL) team in London covers a broad spectrum beyond traditional real estate, including:
- Traditional Real Estate assets: residential, office, retail, logistics
- Alternative Real Estate assets: data centres, prop tech, self-storage, flex office
- Gaming: casinos, online betting, gaming tech
- Lodging: student housing, hotels, resorts, holiday parks, theme parks, leisure
The team operates within a leading global investment banking platform, providing exposure to sector-defining transactions and investment banking products, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Structured Capital Solutions, and more, across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. Programme Overview
The Off-cycle Analyst programme is designed to offer a broad and exciting experience of work within Investment Banking.
Training and Development
Training and development are a top priority. The programme includes extensive formal training at the start, as well as on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.
Responsibilities
As an Off-cycle Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product, and country coverage groups to support learning
- Help the team deliver solutions to clients by leveraging the full spectrum of the bank’s capabilities
- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysis
- Build relationships, knowledge, and experience that support future career opportunities
- Actively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients and representatives of other investment banks and advisors
Eligibility
- Candidates must have already received or be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- If you have already graduated, the graduation date must be after January 2026.
- If you are still pursuing a degree, completion must be before July 2027. Completion means all final exams and coursework are complete, and there are no outstanding requirements for graduation. The bank may request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer.
- On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
Availability: Candidates must be available to join the programme from Monday 11 January for four months, with an option to extend by two months. If candidates receive a full-time offer, they must be available to join the graduate programme from July 2027. Deferred start dates are not available.
