Asian Investment Banking Division (ECA), Commodities & Trade Finance Department

Commodity Structured Finance Intern (AIBD-ECTFD-C SF)

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027

Job Description

• Partner with Front Office Relationship Managers to gain a better understanding of banking products and structured financing.
• Assist with client on-boarding support and KYC requirements (if necessary).
• Provide liaison support to Relationship Managers where necessary with internal stakeholders on client requests relating to accounts or facilities.
• Prepare financial analysis as part of credit application proposals.
• Prepare research papers on commodity-related industries to complement credit application proposals.
• Provide support to ad-hoc projects for the team.

Job Requirements

• Background in accounting, finance and/or business administration.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Well-versed in business writing.
