Programme Overview

Programme dates: Monday 5th – Tuesday 6th April

The Discover Nomura Programme is a two-day unpaid internship providing insight into career development, including the opportunity to meet new people and build a network for career information and support.

Programme Experience

You will challenge yourself by increasing your exposure to our front office divisions: Investment Banking or Global Markets. Through this experience, you will gain exposure to key business functions within an investment bank and understand fundamental practices and principles of the business. You will gain real-life insight into a fast-paced environment and develop a valuable network for career information and direct support.

At the end of the Discover Programme, you will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to interviews for the 2028 Investment Banking or Global Markets Summer Internship Programme.

Eligibility

• First-year university students, or second-year students on a four-year course (graduating in 2029)
• Fluency in English is essential
