Eligibility

You are eligible to apply if you:

• Are currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028.
• Are available to begin full-time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2028 – August 2028.
• Are on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree (or the equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
• Are business proficient in English and Arabic, French, or Italian.

Account Analyst Internship Role

As an Account Analyst intern, you will work in a dynamic role supporting the servicing of PIMCO’s clients. Your primary responsibility is to support PIMCO’s investment professionals to help ensure the delivery of the highest level of service to our clients.

During your internship, you will gather, analyze, and discuss economic and market trends; evaluate portfolio structures; and deliver attribution analyses to Account Managers and their clients. You will also create and deliver reporting and presentations, as well as data on financial markets, investments, and economic trends.

You will also have the chance to collaborate across teams and departments within PIMCO, one of the leading investment managers in the world.

PIMCO Internship Experience

• The PIMCO Internship is a 10-week program running from early June to mid-August, with the expectation that you are available for the full duration of the program.
• During Week 1, you will participate in PIMCO Fundamentals Training to build the skills, knowledge, and relationships needed for success.
• Alongside your colleagues, you will participate in PIMCO’s Global Month of Volunteering to heighten the impact of employees’ worldwide volunteer efforts.
• Join a variety of cross-divisional education, networking, and social events.
• Your supervisor, peer mentor, senior leaders, and team will offer guidance and mentorship throughout the summer.
• You will gain hands-on experience with AI-powered tools from day one, with training and resources to help build future-ready skills and make an impact early.
• You will receive feedback at mid- and end-of-summer as part of a formal review process to keep you on track to meet your summer goals.

Interview Process

• After we receive your application, we conduct an initial review of your resume.
• If you are selected to move forward, you will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and assessment to showcase your interests, skills, and personality.
• After completing the assessment, you will participate in a final round of live interviews via video conference. These interviews typically include both behavioral and technical questions.
