Multinational Client Services Technician (1-year contract)

Position Description: Coordinate the implementation of Multinational programs globally to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience across functions such as Underwriting, Multinational, Operations, Credit Control, Claims, and others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for multinational insurance programs and policies of low to medium complexity.
• Review and interpret source underwriting materials to ensure completeness of required information, including broker presentations, slips, underwriting files, and accounts/claims experience; escalate to the Underwriter in case of missing information.
• Provide recommendations to Underwriters on Multinational program structure and global implementation, including instructions to servicing local offices worldwide; reconcile issues and address questions regarding cover and wording with Underwriters; ensure local policies are issued in a timely manner and client expectations are met.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ working experience in client-facing functions; experience placing international insurance programs is an advantage.
• 2–5 years’ experience in corporate or specialty insurance with a good understanding of insurance products and terminology.
• 3–5 years’ experience working in an international environment.
• University graduate or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a good team player.
• Good time management skills; highly motivated, proactive, and self-starter.
• A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
