Transaction Banking Products Internship (TBOA-PD)

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 - 30 June 2027

Job Description

  • Act as a business analyst for Data within TBOA-PD-LPM, working closely with subject matter experts to enhance and transform data capabilities to support complex performance and risk calculation requirements.
  • Develop automated Power BI dashboards to support management reporting. Apply structured problem-solving techniques, including developing and testing hypotheses, gathering qualitative and quantitative data, analyzing findings, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Support the LPM HoD in rolling out AI use cases to TBOA staff outside Singapore, including coordination, user engagement, and adoption tracking.
  • Conduct market and competitor research on Virtual Account Management (VAM), and support the Product Manager in preparing client-facing materials and product insights.
  • Support the RMBi project by assisting the PMO with meeting coordination, tracking working group actions and follow-ups, and driving progress against agreed business outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and quality review of pitch books and IOP materials, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and supporting improvements to workflow efficiency and internal processes.
  • Work closely with the HoD, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and users across various business groups to support change implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Strong interest in data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Interest in building and maintaining databases for financial and non-financial information for products and regions.
  • Keen eye for detail and advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Willing and able to multi-task and deliver work within timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
  • Exposure to data management and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
