About the Role

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that deliver unforgettable moments.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, highly organized, and analytical Junior Event Producer to support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered across the region.

Unlike traditional event production roles, this position oversees the end-to-end delivery of Candlelight concerts across multiple markets—ensuring consistent execution, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with Candlelight’s global standards.

This role combines production knowledge with strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills. You will drive continuous improvement across production operations, optimize costs, implement best practices, and support the rollout of proven production standards and initiatives across multiple countries and markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production, vendor management, and operational execution, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with production agencies across multiple markets as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters.
  • Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
  • Monitor event performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Implement and enforce Candlelight’s global production standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Coordinate production-related purchases, operational upgrades, and implementation projects through external production partners.
  • Manage onsite ancillary revenue initiatives (including merchandise and photo sales programs) through production partners.
  • Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for optimization and increased operational efficiency.
  • Track and manage quotes, invoices, budget updates, P&L reporting, and monthly financial closures.
  • Ensure production agencies comply with operational, technical, legal, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution plans.
  • Identify risks proactively and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Travel occasionally to key markets for venue assessments, production audits, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

You have a successful track record of production management of live events, with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have operational experience and the ability to think strategically from a business perspective.

You are passionate about the entertainment/events industry and comfortable delivering results in ambiguous environments. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, able to anticipate challenges, and think bigger about how to create compelling experiences.

  • 1+ years of experience in the live event production industry.
  • Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, agencies, or production partners, including negotiating budgets, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Experience managing budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and operational reporting.
  • Experience working with operational processes, standardization, scalability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Understanding of live event production and technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building positive working relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify operational efficiencies, solve problems proactively, and balance day-to-day needs with long-term objectives.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable delivering results in ambiguous environments, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Passionate about the entertainment and live events industry.
