About the Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop your skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also includes networking and development opportunities to expand your professional network and build transferable skills.

Terms of employment/engagement shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
