Teller - Koreatown Branch

The Teller decreases the volume of operations at the window to improve branch flow and, consequently, the customer experience. The Teller promotes alternative channels Citi offers to clients.

Responsibilities

• Advises Digital Branch clients by using the digital tools within the branch.
• Solves clients’ questions and concerns and directs them to the best channel to achieve the solution.
• Provides an easy communication channel and interaction with clients.
• Fulfills clients’ needs while delivering an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
• Assesses risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience, with knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
• Experience and knowledge in banking, financial services, and credit services.
• Excellent management of digital and technological media, applications, and systems such as iOS and Android.
• Handles tools (smartphones) and Citi systems for internal staff.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $49,250.00
