Your Impact
Joining the TxB Product Governance team, you will play a key role in the oversight and governance of the TxB product landscape, supporting the full product lifecycle—from strategic development and product change initiatives through ongoing product maintenance and review.
As a Product Governance Analyst, you will coordinate product governance processes, assess product risks, maintain product collateral, and ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards. You will partner with first- and second-line stakeholders, including Product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance, to facilitate effective decision-making, coordinate product change and approval processes, and help drive improvements to the product governance framework. Success in this role requires an understanding of the product lifecycle and strong project, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain oversight of the TxB product landscape
- Provide end-to-end product lifecycle support, covering product launches, strategic growth initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate product change and approval processes
- Support governance activities, including regulatory-related changes, issue remediation, and documentation management
- Partner with first- and second-line stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Prepare communications and reporting for management
- Develop and implement product governance frameworks and procedures
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ work experience in product management or the financial services sector
- Proactive problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand complex topics
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of cash management and payment services is not essential but is a nice to have
