About the ATT Programme

When you join, you will start working towards the ATT qualification. As an Apprentice, you will be involved in client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele across various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. Your growth will be supported throughout the programme by a mentor and a training manager.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of tax computations for individuals and companies, including preparing tax disclosure reports.
• Assisting more senior colleagues in gathering information and communicating with clients on routine matters.
• Communicating with HM Revenue and Customs on behalf of clients where authorised to do so.
• Helping with the client onboarding process where required.
• Undertaking routine tasks as required by senior members of the team.
• Accompanying senior members of the team on phone calls and meetings with clients.

Requirements

• Collaborative individuals who are eager to take on new challenges.
• Minimum of 2 A levels (A–C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs at grades A*–C or 9–4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent).
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner.
