The ATT-CTA Programme

When you join, you’ll start working towards the ATT-CTA qualification. As an Apprentice, you’ll be involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele across various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of tax computations for individuals and companies, and prepare tax disclosure reports.
• Assist more senior colleagues in gathering information and communicating with clients on routine matters.
• Communicate with HM Revenue and Customs on behalf of clients where authorised.
• Help with the client onboarding process where required.
• Undertake routine tasks as required by senior members of the team.
• Accompany senior team members on phone calls and to client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.
• Minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline.
• Minimum of 2 A levels (A–C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs at grades A*–C or 9–4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent).
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner.
