Executive Specialist – Technology Resiliency, Risk and Regulatory Execution (TREX)

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist to support the Technology Resiliency, Risk and Regulatory Execution (TREX) organization within Technology Management and Resiliency (TMR). This role provides executive-level administrative support and partners with leaders and teams across TREX to support business operations, resiliency initiatives, strategic execution efforts, and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level professional support, including executive-level administrative work and ad hoc project and business initiatives (e.g., planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports).
  • Manage heavy calendaring and coordinate complex travel planning.
  • Create, edit, and prepare extensive documentation, including expense report submissions and approvals.
  • Support projects and organizational initiatives across TREX.
  • Serve as an information source on group and company policies.
  • Follow direction from leaders and use judgment within defined parameters while continuing to build understanding of the Administrative Support function.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal and external customers.
  • Support onboarding for full-time employees and managed resources, including equipment provisioning and securing required system and building access.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business operations by implementing better methods and organizing knowledge-sharing to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate team events across multiple locations to foster engagement, collaboration, and team culture.
  • Use tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other relevant systems to help the organization execute effectively.
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and work efforts across multiple time zones.
  • Research issues and provide resolution and solutions.
  • Update documents, reports, team communications, and information posted on SharePoint and other internal websites.
  • Act as a proxy for group leaders in business, HR, and other administrative systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or an equivalent combination demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, and/or education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives, including calendar and expense management.
  • Experience creating content such as organization charts, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency with exceptional responsiveness, timely delivery of work, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination in a technology environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present information clearly and concisely to support management decision-making.
  • Knowledge and understanding of conferencing and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range

$50.00 - $80.77 (base pay range). Pay may vary based on demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
