Job Description
- Perform 12-hour shift duties to optimize and support Test Process operations in the module to meet operational goals.
- Develop and implement methods and/or procedures for test process control and test process improvement for production.
- Coordinate with specialists to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that Standard Operating Procedures are strictly followed.
- Design and operate sophisticated test equipment and/or test fixtures, ensuring quality levels and minimized defects and failure rates.
- Analyze reports and charts to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented to support supplier quality improvement programs.
- Create process job-files for test equipment for production setup.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring strong safety practices and safe custody of tools, equipment, and other module properties.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Carry out test fixture or equipment activities in a cleanroom environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant education and/or 1 to 2 years of experience in test engineering related work or wafer-fab production.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
