Bank of America is committed to delivering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 3,000 large U.S. and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and financial sponsors.

Within Global Corporate & Investment Banking, you will help deliver integrated financial solutions, including advisory, capital raising, corporate banking, treasury, and debt and equity product expertise. Summer associates support orchestrating capital raising and strategic advisory transactions within a focused industry or product group.

The Summer Associate program is designed to provide a broad and exciting experience of work as a full-time Investment Banking associate. During the summer, you will be placed within one of our industry, country, or product coverage teams.

Training and development are a top priority, including extensive formal training at the start of the program, along with on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout.

Responsibilities

Your key tasks and responsibilities may include:

• Developing and maintaining complex financial models
• Performing financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Preparing presentation and other client materials
• Participating in due diligence sessions and supporting deal communications and interactions with deal team members
• Managing several projects at once and working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028
• A track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities
• A combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus
• Strategic and creative thinking, with distinguished written and oral communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
• Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience post-undergraduate degree
