Job Responsibilities
This role manages and optimizes end-to-end e-commerce operations across 40 global markets, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization. It drives SOP improvements, workflow automation, and AI adoption while partnering with eCommerce Sales Specialists on data-driven merchandising to maximize conversion and revenue. The role also oversees product data governance, site enhancements, cross-functional projects, escalations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage, oversee, and optimize e-commerce operations across 40 countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and localization excellence.
- Define and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
- Drive automation, personalization, and AI-powered improvements.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Partner with eCommerce Sales Specialists to develop data-driven merchandising strategies to maximize conversion, AOV, and revenue.
- Ensure accurate product data, pricing, taxonomy, and content governance.
- Drive site-wide improvements, feature enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e-commerce operations.
- Oversee escalated customer feedback and operational issues.
- Optimize user journeys and customer satisfaction across markets.
- Stay current with e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online merchandising.
- Experience managing multi-market or global e-commerce environments.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
