SR&T Inspires Intern (June 2027) — 10-Week Internship

This is a 10-week immersive internship where you will work on real projects, learn from experienced mentors, and gain first-hand insight into life at Deloitte—while building the skills and confidence to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Work You Will Do

You will be part of Deloitte’s Inspires Internship Program, working alongside talented people on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will perform research, data analysis, and modelling to tackle complex business problems, and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

The program will provide opportunities to build key capabilities and skills through training and development activities. You will also work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within your chosen business area.

You will have the opportunity to specialize in key areas of this dynamic business unit, with a focus on end-to-end Strategy & Transactions and Risk, Regulatory & Forensic services.

Strategy & Transactions

• Strategy & Business Design: Define and drive strategy-led transformation across client enterprises using deep industry and sector insights (e.g., market size, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and technological evolution) to develop corporate and business unit strategies, launch new businesses, RTM strategy, product pricing and segmentation, and AI-led business models.
• Infrastructure & Real Estate: Advise on complex infrastructure and capital projects (e.g., building cities, roads, manufacturing facilities, power plants, railways, and waterways), including governance, financial, and commercial structures for major government and private projects—while highlighting societal benefits to promote investment and support economic, environmental, and social progress.
• Valuation & Modelling: Use advanced modelling and valuation tools to unlock asset value, drive strategic decisions, and mitigate risks, including acquisition assessments, financial reporting, dispute resolution, and portfolio valuation to ensure accurate valuations for investment portfolios.
• Mergers & Acquisition: Work with senior client executives on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalization by providing financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice, using deep analytics and AI to align deal strategy with corporate goals and support integrations, separations, and transformation.
• Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation: Provide advisory services to lenders, investors, owners, and management teams of underperforming and distressed businesses to protect and build value while maximizing returns, focusing on structural changes to improve cost savings and margins and developing and implementing customized turnaround strategies for both solvent and insolvent situations.

Risk, Regulatory & Forensic

• Regulatory & Financial Risk: Provide risk transformation, data, and modelling solutions for complex issues clients face in finance. Advise clients on optimizing compliance programs, standardizing processes, and transforming compliance to protect value across the business while building visibility, efficiency, and confidence for the future.
• Forensic & Financial Crime: Proactively advise on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering, and other financial crime issues to protect company brands and communities. Support clients in business disputes, regulatory concerns and actions, and sensitive internal investigations into fraud, corruption, and misconduct using next-generation forensic and eDiscovery technology and analytics.

• Available to start the internship in June 2027 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.
• In your penultimate or final year with strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields.
