About the Role

Our interns are given the opportunity to learn about the business from different viewpoints, giving you a career advantage. You will work on current projects and develop an understanding of our culture, methods, and systems by collaborating with a broad range of colleagues to provide accurate financial results and insights. This internship is an ideal way to explore whether a career in Human Resources meets your needs and aspirations.

The programme includes rotations across various teams within the Human Resources division. Working on day-to-day business or challenging, business-critical projects, you will acquire broad knowledge of different areas. Your tasks will vary depending on your specific role.

What We Look For

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable, with excellent communication skills. You should demonstrate the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. Degrees may be in many different disciplines. While strong numeracy is important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Comprehensive training programmes will provide the technical knowledge you need to build a career with us.

Eligibility for the 2027 Summer Internship Programme

  • Complete your studies (all final exams and coursework) and have no outstanding requirements for graduation between 1 December 2027 and 31 July 2028.
  • Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
