[Keppel Internship Programme 2027] Intern, Enterprise Application (Jan - May 2027)

Internship Responsibilities

• Assess existing SAP and other enterprise application business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in requirement gathering and functional discussions; conduct system integration testing (SIT) testing; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise application projects.
• Ensure compliance and support annual audit exercises.
• Coordinate user access reviews for applications.

Learning Outcomes

• Gain learning opportunities in IT service management and maintenance.
• Get exposure to various applications, including SAP, .NET, OneStream, the Treasury System, Concur, and others.
• Learn about application user access design, process, and controls.
• Work with people across different Keppel Business Units, levels, and countries.
• Develop experience in applying automation to improve gaps in processes or reporting.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Business IT.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with business users in English; Chinese-speaking skills are a plus.
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
