Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
• Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies.
• Monitor and analyse buildings’ efficiency via the Building Management System (BMS).
• Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other sustainable building-related discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
