Job Responsibilities

• Participate in new project/system preparation and rollout, such as conducting testing, collating data, documentation, and supporting rollout coordination.
• Assist with new project/system implementation, including participating in UAT, collating data, and preparing documentation.
• Provide support and conduct audits for systems, including Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System, RMS Cloud Property Management System, and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System.
• Assist in coordinating initiatives, campaigns, rates, channel setup, and support for Online Travel Agents and the brand website.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/Resort Management.
• Prior experience using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
