Job Responsibilities

• Assist the General Ledger team with reconciliations and account analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities to maintain bank reconciliations, audit schedules, reconciliations, and rectification of intercompany differences.
• Prepare and organize audit schedules and documentation for the external audit.
• Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
