As a Sustainability Intern within Group Property Management, you’ll play an active role in advancing the bank’s environmental ambitions across our property portfolio. What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sustainability Projects: Support ongoing sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio, including energy and carbon data collection, basic analysis, research, and reporting
- Carbon & Green Building Initiatives: Assist with group-wide carbon abatement efforts, sustainability design features in development projects, and environmental scans to inform policies and practices
- Thermal Comfort & IEQ Assessments: Support the planning and execution of thermal comfort and indoor environmental quality assessments, including surveys, on-site measurements, data organization, and comparison against relevant standards
- Stakeholder & Team Support: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance sustainability outcomes and support day-to-day project coordination
Who You Work With
Group Property Management plays a critical role in enabling OCBC’s business and sustainability ambitions by managing and enhancing the bank’s physical environment. The Sustainability function partners closely with facilities, engineering, project teams, and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across property development and operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values learning, innovation, and practical problem-solving, while contributing to initiatives that support the bank’s broader ESG strategy.
