The Syndicated Loan Structuring Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end origination process, including the preparation of pitch books and information memorandums; coordinate roadshow logistics and marketing materials; support investor Q&As and related work.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to support originators’ business development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain departmental reports and deal trackers to monitor progress.
  • Maintain a systematic, organized filing system to ensure efficient data retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.

  • Collaborative team player able to build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders to achieve team goals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to prepare clear, professional presentations.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is essential for this regional coverage role, due to the requirement to communicate with Chinese clients and counterparties.
