Overview

Global Transaction Banking Department – Marketing & Analytics

Job Responsibilities

• Support Transaction Banking reporting and analysis across the Asia Pacific region in line with business strategies and KPI.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to support monthly, regular, and ad hoc reports (e.g., Profit, Exposure, and other key business metrics).
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights into Transaction Banking performance, trends, and business opportunities.
• Combine data from various sources to create clear and effective visualizations for stakeholders across country, product, and sub-product levels.
• Support the preparation and timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and country teams.
• Perform data profiling and quality checks to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data gaps.
• Assist in automating recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with DBM, Planning, Tokyo, and other relevant teams to enhance GTMP dashboard content and reporting outputs.
• Support data consolidation and distribution activities to ensure accurate and timely business insights.
• Assist in reviewing and improving existing reports and analytics processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one database management system, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation.
• Experience or familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and charting.
• Knowledge of data integration, data validation, and ETL concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team objectives.
