Associate - Client & Broker Engagement

Job Duties

• Extract data from databases and generate regular reports.
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis and provide insights to support the marketing team in designing and reviewing campaign performance.
• Run ad-hoc analysis to support business users.
• Research and provide marketing insights.
• Track business KPIs.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign delivery that drives business growth.

Skills & Experience

• 1 year of analytics experience is preferred.
• Interest in joining financial institutions and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce is an advantage.

Qualifications & Attributes

• University graduate preferred.
• Expected to achieve basic and simple insurance certification within the probation period.
• High energy level with a strong service-oriented attitude.
• Independent, driven, and a self-starter.
• Possess initiative, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
