IT Support Associate, IT Services

Overview

As a member of the IT Services Organization, you will support internal employees by delivering hands-on IT services. This is a technical on-premise role focused on supporting PC hardware, software, and internal tooling, including coordinating with an internal ticketing tool and maintaining IT asset inventory.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support internal employees with PC hardware, software, and internal tooling in an on-premise environment.
• Use the internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers.
• Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company.
• Manage IT asset inventory.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
• Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• Experience delivering IT client, server, and network services.
• Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience working with Windows Server technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in networking.
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
