Your opportunity
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support front-line Portfolio Managers (including desk heads), Research Analysts, and support teams. The role includes:
- Extensive diary management
- Meeting coordination across various time zones
- Travel arrangements (domestic and international flights, accommodation, transportation), creation of travel itineraries, and visa applications
- Expense processing
- Manage T&E budgets
- Maintaining holiday records
- Collaborating with other PAs within the business and covering during holidays and sickness
- Managing internal systems and databases
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Impeccable attention to detail

- Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Prior experience as a team secretary or PA within a financial institution
- Diary management and travel booking experience
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Problem solving—identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Advanced typing skills
Nice to have skills
- Experience in a medium/large global firm
- Advanced Word and PowerPoint; Excel experience preferred
- Willingness to take on projects when required
