Non-Inventory Receiver (Amazon Fulfillment Center)

The Amazon procurement team is seeking detail-oriented Non-Inventory Receivers to join our expanding operations team at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This role focuses on driving non-inventory material movement in support of operational needs, guided by data and metric performance. Responsibilities include ensuring consumable packaging inventory accuracy, unloading trucks in direct support of Operations packaging, managing consumable movement within the facility, and maintaining the safest environment for the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Procurement Manager to manage non-inventory items flow through the building
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)
• Conduct daily inventory counts
• Unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility
• Organize and distribute packaging materials in designated areas
• Process web requisitions in the Coupa system and distribute to requesters
• Conduct daily trailer audits
• Research missing non-inventory shipments
• Assist with invoice hold resolutions
• Maintain safety standards in the department
• Support the Site Procurement Manager in achieving monthly performance results

What You’ll Need for This Role

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Starting pay (including base pay plus the highest available shift differential that applies depending on the shift selected). Additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay.
