What you'll do

• Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure deliveries are dispatched and tracked according to requirements.
• Partner with the driver operations team to coordinate logistics personnel (e.g., truck drivers) based on availability and project needs.
• Prepare end-of-day (EOD) reports and invoices when required for clients and the local team.
• Arrange same-day deliveries for events and projects.
• Attend to client requests and assist with claims for additional charges.
• Assist with sorting and packing whenever necessary.

What we seek

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with G Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5-day work week with the ability to commit to 1 weekend.
• Ability to commit to Evening Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
• High potential for conversion during the contract term based on performance and company needs.
