As a Data Analyst Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation) to solve complex business problems and uncover key drivers of performance.
• Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.
• Synthesize findings into concise, actionable recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to different audiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts; Python or R is a plus
• Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analyses
• Good command of English (both written and oral)
