Job Responsibilities

• Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting, and quickly responding to their inquiries and needs.
• Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to customers.
• Ensure that all customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise.
• Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers.
• Regularly communicate with the Store Manager and Store Supervisors to stay informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines.
• Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs.
• Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times.
• Assist in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times; stock and organize merchandise as necessary.
• Assist in inventory control as directed by the Store Manager or Store Supervisor.
• Assist in the execution of product displays and remerchandising as directed by the store management team.
• Assist in receiving regular vendor deliveries and replenishing the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor.
