HR Intern (Shared Services)

The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
• Monitor and process new hire Confirmation
• Administer employee benefits, e.g., flexible benefits and insurance enrollment
• Generate employee letters, e.g., employment certification letters, visa or PR applications
• Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel files
• Attend to HR-related queries from employees
• Compile data for reports or surveys as assigned
• Participate in HR projects as assigned

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
• Available for a 6-month internship
