Responsibilities

• Physically receive incoming shipments.
• Check physical quantities, part numbers per the description on incoming shipping documents, and the general condition of cargo during receiving.
• Label and tag individual parts or cargo as and when required.
• Manage quarantine, including highlighting and taking photos of any discrepancy or anomaly detected.
• Collect packaging materials (e.g., protective cushioning material or customized boxes) from customer/supplier incoming shipments.
• Perform final packing and arrange shipment booking for export/shipment to customers/sub-contractors.
• Prepare shipping documents, including DG where applicable.
• Monitor and arrange calibration and servicing for essential equipment (e.g., weighing scales and material handling equipment, where applicable).

Requirements

• Minimum O-levels.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Internet surfing, email).

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
